これまでは予防法務を中心とした企業法務に従事していました。現在の事務所に移ってからは企業法務に加え，訴訟等の紛争解決や債権回収等の強制執行に関する経験も重ねております。

予防法務と訴訟を中心とする紛争の解決は，弁護士業務における車の両輪です。今後もどちらか一方に軸足を置くのではなく，予防法務と訴訟等の紛争から得られた経験を有機的に結合しつつ，質の高いリーガルサービスを提供いたします。また海外留学や海外の顧客に対する業務経験を生かし，これまで以上に英語案件・海外投資案件に尽力してまいります。

I have been engaged in corporate legal affairs with a focus on preventive legal services. Since moving to my current firm, I have gained experience in dispute resolution such as lawsuits and enforcement actions such as debt collection, in addition to corporate legal affairs.

Preventive legal affairs and dispute resolution centered on litigation are the two wheels of my legal practice. Rather than focusing on one or the other, we will continue to provide high quality legal services by organically combining our experience in preventive legal services and disputes such as lawsuits. In addition, we will make more efforts than ever to deal with English-language cases and overseas investment cases by making the most of our experience of studying abroad and working with overseas clients.
